Integrating the work of Psychology and Spirituality is a great passion of mine. I believe taken together, focusing on the alignment and healing of the mind-body and spirit, has the potential to amplify one’s growth exponentially.
Psychotherapy works to help one’s mental life. To clean up the clutter of the mind so it can feel settled, calm, and present. To look curiously at the past, gaining insight into what wounds need attention, what conditioned patterns need letting go, and what underlying opportunities are contained within those experiences. Making meaning out of one’s story and thus connecting it to the larger picture.
