Breathwork is using intentional breathing patterns to create different energy states in the body. These practices improve your physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. The results range from deep relaxation and increased awareness to releasing trauma wounds and transcendental states of consciousness.

These are 3 basic practices to introduce you to Breathwork. The first is a 4-7-8 breathing pattern, the second is Box breathing, and the third is alternate nostril breathing.
